1. Email from me to them:
I need to unlock my phone, please.
2. Email from them to me:
Here's a PUK code. If you enter it wrong too many times, your phone will lock up. To unlock it, enter the PUK code.
3. Email from me:
I want to unlock my phone so I can take it to another carrier. Is this the code I need?
4. Email from them:
No, you need to contact the manufacturer.
5. Email from me to the manufacturer:
They said to email you.
6. Email from manufacturer:
No, we don't have that info. You should call them back.
7. Email from me to Bell:
This is getting stupid. They told me to get the code from you.
8. Email from Bell to me:
Okay, here's the code, but we won't tell you how to use it.
